I keep coming back because of the friendly staff who helped me with an insect bite. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge, and a flat-screen TV. Plus, the lift, electric kettle, breakfast, cots. Can't wait for my next city break!

The room was clean and tidy, with a safe. Friendly staff who spoke English. Good advice on places to visit. Plenty of options for vegan breakfast. Helpful with finding alternative accommodation. Convenient shuttle service to the airport.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Hanoi. The staff were so friendly, making my trip even better. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the city. I recently stayed at the charming Heart Hotel in Hanoi for 14 nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great advice for trips and organizing airport transfers. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within easy reach of the old quarter. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure our children were well fed. it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Heart Hotel in Hanoi for my vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting me in exploring the city. They even upgraded my room to a spacious family room upon check-in. The hotel is conveniently located near the night market, restaurants, mini marts, and the lake. The hotel was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful stay. The airport pick-up service was perfect as well. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
